Why are we doing all of this? We love fashion, but we have a much larger goal in mind. Our dream is to open a clothing facility in Lima that employs women, provides free child care, and gives them the opportunity to earn money and gain skills.

Five percent of all proceeds are donated to Paso Adelante, a non-profit that supports programs in Mexico and Guatemala.

We are dedicated to working with local artisans in small workshops whenever it is possible.

We personally oversee the production of the clothing, ensuring fair wages and work practices for every employee.

No alpacas are hurt during the shearing process.

Alpacifica’s mission is to design and create beautiful products, while supporting fair business practices in South America. We are also dedicated to providing educational opportunities in Latin America, as we are continually developing the Educational Grant Program designed by our partner, Un Paso Adelante.
